  • Leading the UI and UX of various SAAS and B2B web and mobile applications in healthcare, finance, biotech, through development of user personas, user journey maps and in-depth wireframing and creative UI design.
  • Implementation of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards from inception to completion across design and development to improve usability for all users.
  • Managing multiple retainers, working with development teams on cost-effective data-led module libraries and token based design systems.

  • Specialising in designing for the luxury hospitality, wellness and fashion sectors. Working with new and existing brands to build digital presence.
  • Driving creative projects from kick off to launch, interacting and collaborating with marketing, development, and stakeholder teams for a complete picture.
  • Staying current with new technology and working systems by introducing software such as ProtoPie, as well as a symbol based information architecture styles, to help improve the efficiency of internal design and development processes.
